equipment\convoys.txt - non-vanilla values #14402

Environment HOI4 version: 1.10.4 Kaiserreich version: 0.16.1

Summary Sub_detection and lg_attack values of convoy equipment are outdated.

Description equipment\convoys.txt line 16 (sub_detection = 1) - should be sub_detection = 0 line 27 (lg_attack = 0.5) - should be lg_attack = 0.25

  3. line 16 (sub_detection) I don't know if this value is actually used or not, but it is different from vanilla, and I was not able to find anything about convoy changes in KR changelog.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Compare vanilla and KR convoys.txt

Expected behavior Vanilla values are used

Actual behavior Changed values are used

seems indeed to be a holdover from 1.6, fixed
