Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.10.4 Kaiserreich version: 0.16.1

Describe the change you would like:
For the planned Caucasus rework - currently, the proposal for the South Caucasian states has the territory of Armenia divided between the Ottoman Empire, Republic of Azerbaijan, and Republic of Georgia. However, according to the Kaiserreich lore, Garegin Nzhdeh (who leads the eventual Armenian revolt in-game when the War of the Desert Starts between Constantinople and Cairo), leads a self-declared Republic of Mountainous Armenia in the Zangezur Mountains and parts of Nakhichevan, while a sister Armenian revolt called the Karabakh Council controls much of the historical Artsakh region, including the cities of (HY/AZ) Shushi/Shusha and Vararakn (OTL Stepanakert)/Khankendi. Meanwhile, the Azeri Muslims in Nakhichevan declared an "Aras Republic" to fight Nzhdeh and eventually reunite with Baku. For this to be implemented in game - no new tags would be made. Nzhdeh already takes over the Erivan Vilayet when Egypt declares war.

Until then - the Karabakh state should be split in 3 - Karabakh, Zangezur, and Nakhichevan (in endonyms mode HY/AZ/RU, Artsakh/Qarabağ/Nagorno Karabakh, Syunik/Zangezur (AZ+RU), Nakhijevan/Nakhchivan/Nakhicehvan). Nakhichevan should be a core of Azerbaijan, but have a national spirit reducing available manpower/factories and a 10 percent boost to attrition to represent the conflict between Armenian and Azeri Muslim rebels. Karabakh and Syunik would not be cores, period - the states would start off with a "Karabakh Council/Mountainous Armenia" modifier increasing resistance and decreasing manpower and the such, much like the "Colonial Resistance" modifier for Sand France. Azerbaijan player/AI can reduce this issue by either trying to fight Nzhdeh's rebels, but at the cost of losing manpower and equipment and getting more terrorist attack events. These terrorist attack events will happen no matter the path Baku chooses, but will affect the country's politics and may cause German investors to decide the course for them - lest Germany decide to move their oil business out of the Caspian Sea and drive the Azeri economy to the ground. Or, they can try and leave the rebels be for now and focus on building the Azerbaijani economy with German or Turkish help, and the army for the coming wars with Russia and the Armenian rebels, who will now control both Yerevan, Karabakh, Syunik, and possibly Nakhichevan depending on how bad the resistance is, kind of like the Ottoman unrest mechanic. Will Nzhdeh and his brave band of fidayiner prevail, or will the Azerbaijani army finally secure its borders once and for all?

Explain the reasoning behind this change: The Caucasus is one of the most barebones regions in KR right now. Not a single country in the region has content with the exception of Georgia. There is also quite a lot of lore on the South Caucasus already, and an active rework. Though the dev apparently left the team, I am hoping you keep the lore he/she wrote - supporting with Nzhdeh's revolt would be both a fun challenge for someone playing Armenia, and crushing it equally challenging for someone playing Azerbaijan.

Additional context or comments: Georgia should keep it's core on Lori/Lore (HY/GE), or at least not have resistance. The region is too small to offer meaningful resistance, and Georgia would generally be more tolerant of Armenian minorities, since they are both Christians unlike the Muslim Turks and Azeris. Later, a free Armenia could negotiate for the region, or perhaps a border war could break out, which can possibly break out into full blown war. However, I just don't see Armenia immediately declaring total war on Georgia over Lori province, nor Georgia wanting war over a tiny province with almost no ethnic Georgians.

Notes: HY - Armenian Language AZ - Azeri Language GE- Georgian Language RU - Russian Language.
Nakichevan is majority Azeri Muslim but had a sizeable Armenian minority at the time. OTL it does not anymore due to ethnic conflicts (the two Nagorno Karabakh wars). Syunik and Karabakh would both be Armenian majority but have an Azeri minority, especially in the rural regions - on the other hand, larger towns like Goris, Kapan, Shushi, and Vararakn/Khankendi will be majority Armenian Christian.

I've replaced the AZR core on Karabakh with a claim, but the state won't be split - Whatever the situation, either ARM or AZR will always control the whole region. Any other changes may come with the rework, which is unfortunately frozen at the moment.
