Jacobin France can use dead Gamelin as a Field Marshal #148

OS: Windows 10 Version: 0.5.3

If you go Jacobin as the CoF, Gamelin and Blum will be show-trialed. If you decide to execute them, Gamelin still is available as a Field Marshal.

[ ] Do you have this issue in vanilla?
[ ] Were you in multiplayer?
[ ] Were you running other mods (music mod doesn't count)?

Steps to reproduce:

Elect Jacobins as CoF in 1936
Put Gamelin on trial
Execute him
You can still assign him to lead an army

Possible cause: Gamelin is not removed as a Field Marshal
