YUN. GEA - Yunnan loses the idea "German economic control" if GEA releases Vietnam. #15005

Quick questions OS: windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.10.2 Kaiserreich version: 0.17 List any other mods used: none Were you using Steam? no Were you in multiplayer? no Which expansions do you NOT have? none Explanation of the issue: Yunnan loses the idea "German economic control" if GEA releases Vietnam during the war with Indochina.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have GEA release Vietnam.

  2. Yunnan should lose the national spirit "German Economic Control".

Possible cause: The code which causes the event to fire doesn't check if the controller of Vietnam is in a faction with GEA.
