Describe the specific change you would like: In the focus tree called SDSI is, basically, create and buff intelligent agency for Siam but I also notice that it say "this will lower separatists in Siam". At first I have no idea what is it about but I realize later in Indochinese Union focus tree. They will train revolutionaries in Laos and Cambodia territory that occupy by Siam but the effect of it quite dissatisfy me. It only make Siam -5% stability and pop 4 militia units in Siam territory which will get killed immediately. So about 90% of run I never get focus SDSI because it feel it not that necessary. But speaking about separatists in Siam I come up with idea which will make Siam fight the separatists from all around its nation and required SDSI focus to buff them in this rebel.
My idea is when Siam go to war with Burma or INC (in case go to war with INC before Burma) and can't finish war for long enough It should has rebels in Phra Tabong (Cambodia), Moulumleang/Lower Shan (Burma) and 3 southern state of Siam (Malaysia). If we finish SDSI focus first it will debuff those rebel like plus percent for supply consumption or decrease division organization as they get interrupt by SDSI unit.
About the rebellion I think they should come out with 4-6 division per country and they will have peace out. For Burma they need to take Moulumleang, Lower Shan and Chaing Mai and event will fire to negotiate with Siam. For Cambodia they need take Phra Tabong, Kampong Cham and Phnom Penh and hold maybe for 30 days and event will fire. For Malaysia they need to push to Nakawn Si Tammarat or hold all southern state for 30 days or longer. If all rebel succeed to peace out Siam will only have OTL border plus Thawai and Samaburi but lose Pattani.
But this suggestion need to readjust for many things and will take long time to get the right idea. Example, Southern state is likely to rebel if Siam force Buddhist in the country, it mean they will revolt only for NatPop Siam. For Cambodia front need INC to intervene or GEA or Internationale so it should have event about them help Cambodian plotting revolt in Siam. For Burma front is basically get armed by Burmese Tamatdaw but I think Burmese rebels must always pop up when Siam go to war with Burma no matter it take Yuwachon Taharn or not.
So main point for this suggestion is SDSI focus should have more important for Siam before they go to war with anyone in SEA and make rebellion when Siam go to war. Anyway something might change when India and Burma rework is back to develop again.
