While you are technically correct about VVSR, it simply looks better than "VVS R" or "Russian VVS". In same time, due to possible changes of government, determine which "R" after VVS need to be putted is problematic.
I know about ORT, sadly nothing to do here. Accept that this is different shortening than in OTL.
RDS-1 is OTL name, which means "Reactive Engine Special, model 1". It's disguising name which was in OTL used to not allow someone to understand that USSR is developing nuclear weapon. And yes, it doesn't need to be fancy name because of that. Name RDS-1 was used on first stages of development when they hadn't any final product.

[x] While it is clear that the name "Russian State" is intended to mirror OTL "German Reich",but unlike in Germany, the word "state ("государство") was never used as a part of an official name of the government (except during the Civil War by Kolchak) and instead is more similar to in usage to "Reich/Reichs-" during Weimar Republic or "Bund/Bundes-" in modern Germany, i.e. simply to refer to government institutions. It seems highly unlikely that "Russian State" would evoke the sense of continuity with the older regimes either in OTL or in Kaiserreich timeline. I would suggest to use "Greater Russian State" instead for Savinkovist Russia, with a possible renaming into "Russian Greater Slavic State" if Russia wins the Second Weltkrieg. This would keep the reference to Nazi Germany intact while also evoking the nationalist idea like it is supposed to (especially towards WHR and UKR; even though "Greater Russians" was used to refer to ethnic Russians in contrast to Ukrainians and Belarusians, it is more likely to be taken in an irredentist context in Kaiserreich timeline)
[x] The event "Genghis Khan's Legacy" currently translates "living space" (presumably intended to mirror the concept of Lebensraum) as "mestorazvitiya" (sic); this literally means "place of development", with the space between words missing. It should either be corrected into "место для развития" ("mesto dlya razvitiya", "space for development") or changed into the proper Russian phrase used to translate the word Lebensraum - жизненное пространство ("zhiznennoe prostranstvo").
[x] In the focus tree branch "Reinstitute the Zemstva", the singular form of the word "zemstvo" is used in the descriptions of focuses "Reinstitute the Zemstva", "Funding Frenzy", and "National Investment Bank", as well as in the title of "Zemstvo Research initiatives", whereas the plural "zemstva" would be more appropriate in all of those cases. Additionally, all three focus descriptions capitalize the word despite it being in the middle of a sentence.
[x] 'VVSR" (as used by the focus of the same name) cannot exist as an abbreviation, because in Russian, the official names of all military branches include the full name of the state. VVS can be referred to either simply as "VVS" (optionally, "Russian VVS" or "VVS of Russia"; the name of the country is not abbreviated there) or as "VVS RF/RR/RS/RE/etc." (VVS of Russian Federation/Republic/State/Empire/whatever the full official name is; note that the abbreviations are separated by a space).
[x] ORT (as used in the name of the focus "The ORT System") actually means "Общественное Российское Телевидение", "Russian Public Television". The focus would be best renamed "The RLS Network" (where RLS stands for "радиолокационная станция" - a radar station, lit. "radiolocating station") or "Establish the RTV" (where RTV stands for радиотехнические войска" - "radiotechnical troops", an Air Force sub-branch operating radars and performing electronic signals intelligence).
[x] "RDS-1" seems to be an unsuccessful name for the focus, because it refers not to the development process (like "Damocles/Curie Project" or "Support Hahn & Meitner") but to the finished product - which was first tested in 1949, outside the game's timeframe and much later than many people reach in their games. This is understandable given that the USSR haven't had a catchy name for their nuclear program, but maybe "Establish the Special Committee" (referring to the Special Committee of the Council of Ministers, the administrative body that was overseeing the nuclear program from its start in 1945 until 1953).
[x] Northeast Siberia is renamed into "SV. Sibir" in endonym mode; the correct spelling would be "S.-V. Sibir", because in Russian, a hyphen is required for compound adjectives formed from words with no dependency relation to each other.
[x] In endonym mode, if owned by Russia, the province of Pamir and the province and city of Kokand should use generic names; city of Pishpek should be renamed into Bishkek; the province of Karakum should change into either "Zakaspiyskaya Step" (the word "Step" is currently missing) or "Karakumy".
