FNG - Cannot get rid of "Backward Industry" because I broke with Japan

Explanation of the issue: Because I broke with Japan, I can't take the focuses "FNG_Mantetsu_Collaboration", "FNG_Japanese_Electrical_Expertise", "FNG_Fengtian_Society_for_Light_Metals" and "FNG_Mantetsu_Civil_Engineering_Projects", and all of them are required to take "FNG_Halu_and_Songhua_Hydroelectricity", which is required to remove the national spirit "FNG_Backward_Industry".

A solution would be have Fengtian bypass those focus if it breaks with Japan.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Break with JAP before complete the foci listed above.

Possible cause: Missing bypass, most likely.

While here I'd also suggest to add a bypass to all the foci that require Fengtian to be friendly to Japan. In the army tree you can miss some land doctine boni and some other stuff if you defeat Japan really early.

Looks like you broke with Japan too early, that's the way it's intended to work.
