CHI - Target Country Tag is not displayed in Tooltip #15913

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version:1.10.7 Kaiserreich version:0.17.1a List any other mods used: All Kaiserreich Official Mods Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? All Have

Explanation of the issue: Hover over the Focus "Secure the Northwest", One tooltip doesn't display country tag.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Play as CHI.

2.Hover over "Secure the Northwest".

Possible cause: In \localisation\Left Kuomintang, "CHI_dec_xinjiang_expedition_tt2" is targeted TAN.

"KUM" should be used instead. Screenshots: 20210614065840_1
