ULS, Malta, ENG - You should be able to give Ulster or Malta to a British Puppet. #16047

Quick questions HOI4 version: Kaiserreich version:

Describe the specific change you would like: After annexing Britain and later Ulster or Malta, you should be able to give Ulster or Malta to a British Puppet in their respctive events.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Malta is De Jure part of Britain so you should be able to return it to a British puppet. There can be situations where a country defeats Ulster after it breaks free without that country owning the rest of Ireland while it has a British Puppet so there should be an option to give Ulster to Britain for this scenario. Additional context or comments:

It feels a bit weird that an overlord would give an island in the Mediterranean to their British client state which wouldn't be trusted to have that big a navy. Likewise with Ulster, it would only ever really be garrison by the overlord until it can be 'reunited' with a friendly Ireland as the British would have no interest in it.

I will look into the possibility of Ulster being a puppet (if the overlord doesn't control Ireland) though not sure when I'll get onto that. Thanks for the suggestion though.
