AUS/ITA - Austria permanently occupies Lombardia and Venice #16163

ITA died when failing to supress VNC and Friuli ended up under Austrian occupation while veneto and lombardia went to the SRI. After defeating the SRI Austria took lombardia and veneto and keeps the region occupied while I released ITA in the other Italian states. log and save: game.zip IRE_1941_11_05_16.zip I can look for the fitting peace conference if required but I got no time to do that right now.
