Describe the specific change you would like: I want to conclude my suggestions for news events by listing all the events that I think are important/play some role for other countries. Many of these events involve radical policy changes in these countries, so it won't just be "country X had an election" (Hi, the Netherlands). I suggest that the devs decide whether these events require news or not.

If anyone remembers an event worthy of news, please add it to the list in the comments.

• There's already an event for Beijing siding with Anqing or LEP, and that serves this purpose already MAF(National Populists) - The Native Kingdoms Revolts
• There's already an event for that Not entirely sure about Kolchak, since that's getting cut in the upcoming Russia rework, but I'll try to fit it in

About ANQ: There is no event announcing that Anqing is turning to Fengtian (or only Beijing has one), which is not always obvious to a new player

This has last been worked on almost two months ago, and no new events have been implemented since - so I'm closing this as stale.
