Explanation of the issue:
Yunnan, in this instance the National Revolutionary Government, was able to complete the focus "Enter the Yangtze Valley" and reclaim Zhenyuan without having to go to war, while this by itself is fine what does not seem right is that I, the faction leader, was unable to intervene nor did I get a warning that there was a justification occurring, unlike when Yunnan did the focus "Ultimatum to Sichuan," which would note has no events concerning it as faction leader either. Admittedly it is entirely possible that Hunan accepting is as designed, but it seems rather odd that the faction leader has no say in the matter or at a minimum is not informed.
Steps to reproduce:
Play Federalist Guangxi
Form faction, get Hunan in
Wait for Yunnan to complete the relevant focus
See if Hunan gives up the province
I did a brief experiment where after Hunan joining the faction I tag switched to Yunnan and auto completed the focus, in that instance Hunan did refuse.
Possible cause:
Could always be other mods, but I'm not one to know the real cause.
