Dominion of India - Industry Focus Election Bug #16393

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.10.7 Kaiserreich version: 0.17.1 List any other mods used: State Transfer Tool MP, Player Led Peace Conferances Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? Yes Which expansions do you NOT have? Battle For Bosporus

Explanation of the issue: The focus named "The Indian Economy Act" requires that the 1936 election has been held. Here it didn't every check of, even though it was way past 1936. There isnt even a bypass. This includes multiple other focuses.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play Dominion of India

  2. Pick the Social Conservatives for the election (Maybe not even important) PS: Not sure of what may have caused it

Possible cause: Error with the event?

Did you get the election event? It happens 15 days after you choose a new viceroy.

Im not really sure, as i dont really remember. Although a similar bug happened when i played romania. I got locked out of the entire industry tree again as i did not get the economic crash.

This should be fixed in 0.18.
