FRA - Task Forces "Do Not Have Access to This Region" in controlled waters at Peace #16470

Quick questions OS: Win 11 HOI4 version: Latest 7/14/21 Kaiserreich version: .18 List any other mods used: Music and Visual Mods. I don't believe it's related to them Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have?

Issue My fleet on the Western Coast of France cannot leave the dock. The Fleet in the Channel Region cannot travel to the Western Coast. The Mediterranean is fine.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Game as French Commune

  2. Try and move or train West Coast Fleet.

Possible cause: Naval changes?

  1. The fleet is selected Снимок экрана (89)

  2. The fleet left the dock without any issues Снимок экрана (90)

2.1 The Channel ships are able to move to the Bay of Biscay Снимок экрана (91)

2.2 Even blocking the region doesn't stop the ships from passing through Снимок экрана (92)

@ecnahc Can you attach the save file to take a look?

If the save will be not provided, feel free to close the report

I'll close the report since save was not provided and I was unable to reproduce the issue
