POR, SWF, SPA - Portugal can take over Galicia in spanish civil war, but can't claim it in annexation events #16722

Event por.308 allows Portugal to annex Spanish Galicia, when the Carlists are losing against the communists, but annex.1085 doesn't give the option to Portugal to keep Galicia, if it was conquered in any other way. I know there was never a strong political movement in annexing the region, but I could see the argument of giving Galicia as compensation for the Weltkrieg, if Portugal was to beaten up badly by the International. A proper mechanic would require a rework of the entire region, but maybe it could work a bit like the Saarland OTL.

The intended annexation of Galicia is for the carlists to survive under Entente protection, nothing else. So under any other situation it doesn't make sense that POR claims Galicia.
