Explanation of the issue:
As East Turkestan, during the initial power struggle, you have to go through an event chain where Timur Beg holds a military march. If you make Massud Sabri conspire with the petty gentry to overthrow him, you will be given an event where you can choose to either capture him or have the plot fail.
If the plot succeeds, Timur Beg is captured and stops being a leader or relevant at all from this point forward. However, he still gets to stay a General.
Steps to reproduce:
Switch from Xinjiang to East Turkestan when they revolt, win the Civil War Against Xinjiang and Kumul.
2.In the Event "A Night to Remember", pick "The Trigger is pulled, the men disperse"
3.Take the "Military Parade" Focus, pick "A Plan is created".
4.In the "Another Disaster" event, pick "Timur is captured, the plot succeeds".
Possible cause:
In the event ets.22 , taking the option "Timur is captured, the plot succeeds." should probably do "Timur Beg stops being a General".
