Explanation of the issue:
Play as Siam in 0.6 and 0.7, after peaceful transfer to constitution monarchy, the event 1936 general election never triggered, caused the political focus cannot be used. I checked the code, and there are '#Temporary' after the event code. Don't know what's that mean.
