Explanation of the issue:
Sténio Vincent, one of Haïti's possible Authoritarian Democrat Leaders, is missing the acute accent on the "e" in "Sténio".
This is inconsistent with his leader description, aswell as the format for other leaders who keep accents in their names as HoS, such as "Philippe Pétain" or "Démosthènes Calixte".
His description is also missing the first accent on "Démosthènes Calixte".
Furthermore, in the last paragraph of his leader description, it says:
"Vincent is also a fierce opponent to the dictatorship of Trujillo in the Dominican Republic, which he considers a great enemy of Haiti. That is not to say however, that he disapproves his style of ruling..."
However, if Rafael Trujillo even comes to power as a dictator in the Dominican Republic is not certain, and the country can remain a Democracy until the 1940 elections in Haiti. In fact, you can even decide to purge Trujillo as liberal DOM. So in my game for example, where they stayed SocCon this part is a bit confusing.
