HAI - Aftermath of the Monte Cristi Affair #17420

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.10.8 Kaiserreich version: 0.19.1 List any other mods used: Kaiserreich Music + Kaiserreich Model Submods Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? None

Explanation of the issue: The focus "Dealing with the Dominicans" fires the event "Aftermath of the Monte Cristi Affair" even if the Dominican Repulbic has already been conquered. This event talks about talks about rising tensions between the two nations even though one of them is no longer existent.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Don't do the Focus "Dealing with the Dominicans" until after the War with the Dominican Republic

  2. Do the Focus "Dealing with the Dominicans"

  3. The event "Aftermath of the Monte Cristi Affair" fires
