QIE - No integration option in SIK and parts of TIB #17433

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 21H1 HOI4 version: 1.10.8 Kaiserreich version: Latest List any other mods used: Kaiserreich Music, Kaiserreich Models Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? Battle of Bosporus

Explanation of the issue: Upon concluding all QIE unification related wars, there isn't option for integrating SIK territories and part of TIB.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Anti-concessionist path

  2. Intervene in SZC-TIB war on SZC side

  3. Force SIK and XSM fold in with diplomatic oil

  4. Continue until after Sino-JAP war ends(don't think this matters)

  5. Integration decision does not appear for state ids SIK(1083, 618, 617, 287, 619, and 897), TIB(693, 748, and 322)

not being able to core Xinjiang, Tibet and Mongolia are working as intended

Oh, working as intended it is then. May I suggest to add the decision fate of (country/area) option of allowing to create a breakaway puppet state in place? It do make sense in the mechanism aspect of HOI4.
