2 years ago After some internal discussion, since the current flag used for Authdem-NatPop ones were already in use by 1936 OTL, all non-socialist ones will now use that one instead since there's little reason for the Tibetan to use the current Yellow flag at all.

Describe the specific change you would like: I would like to suggest that the base flag for TIB (see picture 1, it seems to have stuck around from 2016, according to github, and I am not exactly where exactly it even came from) is replaced with a more standard depiction of the same general flag (which is reported as being the flag from 1920-1925, see pictures 2 and 3 for large Res, and picture 4 for how a possible ingame sized version could appear as)

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: My reasoning is simple: I think these variations look better than the ingame one, especially the snow lion, which I think looks quite crude in the ingame one (and is off colour as well and just generally looks bootleg, compared to the other 2 depictions)
