Describe the specific change you would like: I suggest to add a national spirit to the 3 xinjiang war tag akin to the League War, but more focused on supply, since Xinjiang is supply hell, and the Xinjiang war tends to last for a lot of time, especially when it becomes KUM vs ETS, as ETS just entrenches itself into the Kashgar state and KUM keeps trying to push relentlessly with literal 0 supply, making for an infinite stalemate.

We ended up adding the supply buff idea for Northwestern war tags and Ma/Tibet/Mongolia due to supply stalemates (and already buffed this idea twice), so it can be counted as "Implemented"
