Why L-KMT can’t get the core of Xinjiang, ROC have the claims to them #18591

Quick questionsWhy L-kmt can’t get the core of Xinjiang and Tibet OS:windows 10 HOI4 version:1.11.5 Kaiserreich version:0.30 List any other mods used：no，only kaiserreich Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? Everything I have

Explanation of the issue:ROC have the claims to Xinjiang and Tibet,But I can’t get this two areas core when I’m playing as L-KMT

Steps to reproduce:

1.When I annex Xinjiang and Tibet, there aren’t choices and event for me to get the core.

Other info: I think it unreasonable,Roc should have the claim and core on these area I have read the update diary. I just think it unreasonable Possible cause:

this is not a peace confrence issue, but very clearly a suggestion - as such I changed it to such a label please do not put things under Peace - Annexations & Partitions when they are not related to issues with peace confrence or annexation missions/decisions, especially not your suggestions.

No other Chinese tags can core them for the same reasons we've given before. The L-KMT being able to do so was simply an oversight. Thanks for the suggestion.
