YUN - Zhu Peide doesnt show up #18755

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: v1.11.5.5 Kaiserreich version: 0.20 List any other mods used: Better air wing deployment, Kaiserreich models base game, kaiserreich music, KR tanks for everyone, KR submod more custom country paths, modifier icons, modifier gui, more xp income, oasis political map, strategic view adjustments, tool pack updated 2021, trollge world tension icon (fixed) Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have?

Explanation of the issue: Certain Yunnanese Generals and leaders don't ever show up again after the civil war which then block focus tree paths. I was trying to play as Zhu Peide and he never showed up and when a leader actually does show up, they have the incorrect picture.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as Yunnan

  2. Do Yunnanese civil war and try to play as Zhu Peide

Possible cause: New Hoi4 character system possibly seeing the characters as killed off so they never show up again

Already reported and fixed, will come with the next hotfix.
