General description missing (Qing, Mongol, xinkang, Brazil? ) #18900

OS: HOI4 version:1.11.5.5b4f Kaiserreich version: 0.20 List any other mods used: Only Kaiserreich Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? no

Explanation of the issue: After this patch, Qing, Mongol, and xinkang's general descriptions are missing. I checked other Chinese cliques and there was no problem.

I heard that brazil's general description is also missing, but I can't check it because I never played it before.

Also, I think there was a description for Manstein, but it is missing too.

Xinjiang never had them, but the rest are fixed.
