LIT - After being restored to German Puppet, LIT keeps a LAF-related idea #18942

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.11.5 Kaiserreich version: Master List any other mods used: KR Models Master, KR Music Master Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? I have all expansions

Explanation of the issue:

If the LAF uprising is defeated and the Kingdom of Lithuania is restored, they keep the "National Mobilisation" LIT_uprising_army spirit

Fixed, see #18963 resolving commit - all natpop ideas are now removed from LIT if overlord is not natpop
