USA - Loc was Accidently Duplicated

Explanation of the issue: I was looking at the loc for an event and it looks like the one for the ustates.203 is a duplicate. The Smith arrests MacArthur version shouldn't mention any specific president being coup'd and the Vice President McNary part should be removed since that's specific to Landon being deposed (if he was deposed, then the event description used would be Landon arrests MacArthur). Also there is a minor typo where it says Landon is running again for 1944 - I wonder if this loc was meant originally for a 1944 version.
