Explanation of the issue: 1944 Elections if the Federal USA won the three sided civil war after a MacArthur Coup and MacArthur has stepped down to reform the democratic system, then won the 1940 elections. PSA was peacefully reintegrated and denied the right to try MacArthur as a war criminal. During the elections of 1944, no matter what order chosen for choosing MacArthur for 4 more years, Willkie is chosen as the leader of the 'Market Liberals' Republican Party due to the background 'General Election' to 'avoid bugs' even if you chose Garner to win. This means that Willkie outsteps MacArthur and takes his place as the leader of the party you just chose to become president, thus making Willkie president instead of MacArthur who goes back to Military Junta leader

Steps to reproduce:

1. Nov. 8 1944, MacArthur democratically elected president of Federal USA

2. No matter what option is chosen in any order for MacArthur ,due to background 'General Election Garner v Willkie' (exists to avoid bugs), Willkie ends up US President

Possible cause: General Elections event overrides the presidential election event and puts Willkie into power for the Republicans, the party which MacArthur is running for. Even firing event ustates.209 MacArthur VS Russel Jr. alone does not fix this issue (MacArthur VS Russel Jr. is the 4 more years election after the first election MacArthur VS Byrd event ustates.201 puts MacArthur as president if chosen )
