Reclaiming New England event not triggered with focus #1904

Explanation of the issue: Was playing as USA, won the civil war and went down the Reclaiming America tree, and upon finishing Reclaiming New England nothing happened. No event of denial, just nothing. Apologies if its known or gonna be fixed already or something, I couldn't find any info on it with a quick search.

Quick questions:

OS: Windows 10 HoI4 version: 1.5.4 Kaiserreich version: 0.7.2 Using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No List other mods used (including KR Music mod): KR Music Mod, Player-Led Peace Conferences, Colored Buttons Have you changed any files, outside of mods used? No Checksum (four-letter code at the bottom of your title menu): f7fd Which DLC expansions do you NOT have? Waking the Tiger, Death or Dishonor

Steps to reproduce:

Play as USA, do MacArthurite Coup, win Civil War, go down focus tree.
