SPR - The Canary Islands taken form its holder #19148

Quick questions OS: W10 HOI4 version: 1.11.6 Kaiserreich version: latest List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? None Explanation of the issue: During the peace conference, I took the Canary islands as NFA and Canada took the rest of Spain but when SPR got released, the islands which were mine were transferred to Spain.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. take the islands as NFA, give the rest to Canada

  2. Canada releases Spain
