Describe the specific change you would like:
Playing as CHI, after conquered Tibet, Mongolia and Xinjiang, there are only options to release Tibet and Mongolia as autonomous regions, but no Xinjiang option.
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
Xinjiang Tibet and Mongolia - three biggest non-Han regions in ROC. I don't think it's impossible for LeftKMT to release Xinjiang, especially in OTL PRC released 5 AR, tho kinda nominally
