YUN, TIB - War without sharing a border #19328

Quick questions OS: HOI4 version: Kaiserreich version: master pulled 23rd January List any other mods used: Were you using Steam? Were you in multiplayer? Which expansions do you NOT have?

Explanation of the issue: Yunnan and Tibet are at war, but do not share a border. I have no clue what happened here.

Seems like YUN have taken the "Tibetan Debacle" focus, then taken Chambdo (a state supposed to be between YUN and TIB) in a scripted peacedeal and ended the war,

Unless you got an earlier savegame from Aug 1940 somewhere I'm afraid that the log didn't offer much on why are they still at war, and how did Sichuan got control over it. @undortheb

@undortheb might be a wrong save file IMO, since the one above got Long Yun instead of Tang Jiyao like in that picture ;w;

Unless we can find a save file with such error again, I'll be closing this issue down for now since I can't get this bug to happen again yet.
