SZC / SIK - Upon integrating SIK you still get the 'The Fate of Xinjiang' decision #19512

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.11.9 Kaiserreich version: Dev-Build: Master List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? Music and Armour Packs

Explanation of the issue: After annexing Xinjiang, I liberated it in the 'The Fate of Xinjiang' event. After seeing that you get a decision to integrate SIK, I thought that you could annex them this way without suffering from the penalties in the annexation event. However, it still fired after the integration decision was completed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Annex and liberate SIK as SZC

  2. Integrate SIK per decision
