Quick questions OS: Windows 11 Home HOI4 version: 1.11.9 Kaiserreich version: Master List any other mods used: Kaiserreich Models Dev Build Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? No. I have all of them

Explanation of the issue: See the title for explanation and the 'Military Mission To The Cossacks' focus requirement and bypass have the same Don-Kuban Union accepted our economic mission.
