Yunnan - neither Zhu Peide or Zhu de are selecteble options in Custom game rules #19905

Quick questions OS: windows 10 HOI4 version: v1.11.12.82b4 Kaiserreich version: 0.21 List any other mods used: Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? no Which expansions do you NOT have? any of them

Explanation of the issue: when i go to set custom game rules both Zhu Peide and Zhu De are unavaliable dispite still being playable in the actual game

Steps to reproduce

  1. open game
  2. go to custom game rules
  3. scroll down to Yunnan
  4. click on Yunnan
  5. Scroll down to bottom of menu, you should be unable to see and or select any options below Long Yun- Expanisonism

This looks like a resolution problem for you, since these appear otherwise. Maybe try dragging the Custom Rules box up higher in the screen, so that the dropdown has more space to show all the options?
