Describe the specific change you would like:
Change the map colors for either the Dominican Republic or the Phillipines so they no longer have identical values. And i do mean identical, see attached screenshots of colors.txt. Normally i'd include new suggested RGB values, but since i dont know which one to change, i'm unsure. I'd suggest against a deeper purple though, as Cuba and Sarawak are close to each tag potentially and have similar colors.
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
Yeah, i'm aware this is an odd pair who should almost never interact, save for a big Co-Pro/RP war. In fact this has been the case for a while and i didnt notice this until i started messing around with annexation events today as PHI. As it turns out, both PHI and DOM have what i call ''Standard Vanilla Purple'', an value of rgb { 152 130 191 } which vanilla HoI4 uses very liberally for almost every minor faction. Ethiopia, Liberia and most other minors were changed from it, PHI and DOM are the last tags to use it.
