Explanation of the issue:
After taking the focus Sinitic Dominance (YUN_Sinitic_Dominance), the respective Colonization decisions show up all at once for Kachin (state id 701), Upper Shan (72), and Lower (756) when they are owned. If it helps, if playing as Tang and getting the decisions through 'Embrace Isolation' (YUN_isolation) there is no issue; it works as intended.
Steps to reproduce:
Have Yunnan fall into a Civil War and take the two events needed to keep Long Yun in power. Take 'Expansionism', and then the foci to invade Burma (The Yellow Book Affair) and Thailand (Our Claims in Siam). Yunnan's focus Sinitic Dominance can be taken either before or after the state are owned.
For a quick way using the console: yun.2 will get Long in power, yun.27 to load his tree. Take the focus Long's Clique, and then Sinitic Dominance (I suggest with focus.autocomplete). Using setowner or a tookpack, etc..., give Yunnan the three states. You'll notice in the decision tab all the decisions will appear.
Possible cause:
Absolutely no idea. I know that's not helpful at all but honestly looking at the code it looks fine the way it is and should work as intended.
