In a Jacobin reformation of COF, the Jacobins dissolve the CGT in the process of reforming the country to communist doctrine. In this event, the Jacobins should have their own special Second-In-Command (the HoG they select upon a successful election, for instance)
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
It would simply not make sense for COF to continue to have the CGT as the Second-In-Command if they no longer exist. If the Syndicalist coup against them succeeds, then the CGT could be restored, but if a masochistic COF (or AI) player wanted to do a Full Jacobin Run, this would be a slight detail.
