Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.11.12 Kaiserreich version: 0.21.3
Describe the specific change you would like: That the formation of the Druk Empire, maintaining current requirements of owning both Nepal and Tibet, give Bhutan cores on Tibet and remove at least the noticeable division attack and defense debuffs from "The Hermit Kingdom" national spirit. (Which as far as is known to me is impossible to remove.)
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Firstly it should be noted that there already exist several cases of specific tags being able to form far larger nations without being informed of such possibility previously or the struggle to form them being greatly difficult. That being UBD (reforming Germany) and Iskolat (Forming USSR) which upon forming the greater tag gain cores and removes certain negative spirits or debuffs. Furthermore Druk Empire is very clearly to be intended as an Easter egg reward tag for achieving what should be borderline impossible with the Bhutan, and thus it does seem strange that it comes with no benefits for continuing the game. Also, both Bhutanese (As Dzongkha is the official language of Bhutan) and Tibetans both use Tibetic languages written in the same script, both are overwhelmingly buddhist and arguably the ruling classes in both belong to similar Tibetic cultures with even the Druk symbol is of shared mythology. Finally Tibet can already core Bhutan in it's various paths already accounting for these similarities. So it arguably only makes sense that Bhutan could do the same, even if in a merely Easter Egg tag.
Additional context or comments: While not part of original suggestion and perhaps asking too much, it would also be nice if formation of Druk Empire also gave claims on the territories that Tibet can claim from Sichuan and Ma Clique if those, for one reason or the other, were not taken by Tibet before the conquest.
