SZC - Combat Smuggling decision removed based on wrong trigger #20644

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.11.12 Kaiserreich version: 0.21.3 List any other mods used: Music Mod, Internationales Music, Kaisercat Music Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? None

Explanation of the issue: In the Sichuan Clique, the SZC_Combat_Smuggling decision is removed when SZC_opium_corruption_active = no, should be SZC_opium_smuggling_active = no instead.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play Sichuan clique, go control opium route

  2. When smuggling is resolved, the combat smuggling decision still exists
