Iraq - bugged focus "Challenge Egyptian Domination" #20648

Quick questions OS: Microsoft Windows (Windows 10) HOI4 version: 1.11.12 Kaiserreich version: 0.21.3 List any other mods used: - None Were you using Steam? - Yes Were you in multiplayer? - No Which expansions do you NOT have? - I have all of them

Explanation of the issue: National Focus "Challenge Egyptian Domination" in the Iraqi Focus Tree only kicks the Saudis and Yemen out of the Cairo Pact, but not Syria.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Every time I play as Iraq the same situation happens
