KUM - Event Desc Typos #21173

Quick questions HOI4 version: v1.12.4.aefa (f96e) Kaiserreich version: 0.22.3 List any other mods used: None

Explanation of the issue: There is a small typo in the event description for kumul.4 (Paying Tribute to Xinjiang): '...as Kumul Melon...' should be just '...a Kumul Melon...'. I also think there should be a period after '...governor of Xinjiang' instead of a comma. Both are highlighted below.
