focus Long Yun's Clique still disable after Long Yun finished correct choice in YUNNAN civil war event.

Encountered that issue myself, Long Yun simply is not recognized as leader of Yunnan after civil war for some reason. Only way to finish Long Yun's Clique currently is to fail the civil war(you get Zhu De), then proceed down Kuomintang focus tree, and then if Left Kuomintang loses LEP war you will be couped by Long Yun, then that focus will be bypasssed. Weird thing is that this bug certainly did not exist on versions 19 and 20, so it was broken either in 21 or 22.

The initial focus will only unlock after the Army in Chaos idea is removed. If it is still there, it means Yunnan's civil war is still going on.
