TUR - Turkey/Ottoman puppet not receiving cores on Van, Diyarbakir, Cyprus, and Batumi from annexation events #21713

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.12.5 Kaiserreich version: Beta 0.23.3 'Not Yet Lost' List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? None

Explanation of the issue: If you release Turkey or The Ottomans as a puppet they're missing cores on their land even though the event says it will give them cores

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Annex Ottomans and release them as Turkey or The Ottomans, they'll be missing cores on Van and Diyarbakir

  2. Grant them Cyprus and Batumi, they wont get cores on those either

Possible cause: Probably because of the old tag difference of Ottomans vs Turkey? Maybe its giving them to the wrong country

Screenshots are shown for Turkey but it also doesn't give cores to The Ottomans puppet either
