MEX ,TEX, USA, CSA, PSA, NEE, CAN - Have a news event for Mexico's intervention in the SACW, as well as a separate one for when any US invades Canada (not through Canadian intervention) #21992

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.12.10 Kaiserreich version: 0.24.1

Describe the specific change you would like: Having a news event for Calles's (and any other Mexican intervention) in the SACW similar to the one that Canada currently has, as well as this a news event for a unaligned/independent USA/Successor state declaring war on Canada similar to the one for a US/successor declaring on Japan

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: I think that the added news events for the 2WK and potential theatres of the war/3WK's add a lot of flavour to the mod, although Mexico's Intervention might be scrapped in it's rework (in 2036), It would be cool to see a mirror event for Mexico's intervention A-la Canada's. The USA/AUS/USSA? Declaring on the Entente usually spells doom for Canada's ability to reclaim the home isles, so seeing a version for a Canada that has restored the UK and one that Hasn't would be neat!
