Explanation of the issue:
When AUS land(eg. Hungary and Slovakia) are supposed to be returned to AUS if a BPL member takes it, this can be bypassed by releasing a puppet before clicking the event to return it.
Steps to reproduce:
Win the 5th Balkan War, but sign the treaty with AUS
Release puppets from the land you are supposed to return whilst holding the event to return land
Possible cause:
The event to return land doesn't account for puppetry of the area
