i think there should be a name change for bhartiya commune and a special focus depending on who takes power so as to show the change in centralization and treatment of minorities.
i mean bose was quite big on the 'hindustani' identity and wanted to impose the 'hindustani' language on all of india and wanted the regional identities to be annihilated and be replace with the indian/hindustani identity. a good comparison would the french during the early 1900s where they made all french children study in parisian french and heavily suppressed the minorites.
the syndicalist path seems to me quite similar the OTL indian republic (a fedral republic) but with a syndicalist paint wherein the minorities get to protect their language and culture but hindi/english will still be taught in schools along with the respective regional language. plus they can protect their culture as long as they are in line with the national goal.
the gandhi path seems to me as a more of a confedracy path wherein the commune is more of a union of states rather than the centralized or fedral one. i this i could see it similar to lenin's ussr where the country would be divided in to highly autonomus regions/states which have their own language . there would be no offical language of the commune and hindustani nationalism would be the biggest enemy of the state like how russian nationalism was to lenin's ussr.
This isnt a bad idea, but Bharatiya's current content is so lacking that we would rather work on the rework that attempt to add more stuff for pre-rework India.
