save shortly before the coup, have Konovalets accept the plan, and then take focus UKR_hetman_radical_firebrand

Swapping focus tree from Authdem to Natpop via event ukraine_lun.28 does not cancel any ongoing USkhD focus, letting you complete any in progress despite not being able to see the tree anymore.
I had this with UKR_hetman_radical_firebrand, but I would guess it works with most of the tree.
Steps to reproduce:
Get to the point where you'll get couped by LUN by failing land reform
Take focus UKR_hetman_radical_firebrand. If you get event ukraine_lun.28 , you will still be able to complete the focus.
