HAW, YUC, PUE, URG, POL, UKR, TUR, FNG - More game rule text adjustments, yay! #22540

HOI4 version: Avalanche v.1.12.14.50e7 (5555) Kaiserreich version: Beta 0.25.1

Hawaii - For "United States Annexation", add "Not: Civil War with MacArthur" as a prerequisite. (Hawaii can't return to the Federal USA once the PSA has spawned)

Yucatec Revolt - For "No Revolt", remove "Sinarquistas Take Charge" as a prerequisite. (NatPop Mexico can't prevent it)

Puerto Rican Elections - For every option, add "Canadian Puppet" as a prerequisite. (Puppet Puerto Rico mantains elections)

Uruguay - For "The Flame Burns Out", add "Any Socialist Coup in Brazil, Farrell - PS in Argentina or Patagonia wins the Southern Cone War" as a prerequisite. (The PatAut path can only be set in motion if Uruguay borders a socialist Brazil or Argentina)

Polish Revolt - For "Nationalists - OZN", remove "Not: any Chjena government" as a prerequisite. (SocCon Poland can become PatAut and revolt as stated in the rule's description)

Ukrainian Foreign Policy - For "Donau-Adriabund", change the prerequisite to "Not: any Hetmanate" and "If not Republic - LUN, then not End the Dual Rule". (More compact description, plus the current one doesn't mention PatAut Austria can't be joined in the syndie path either)

Turkey - For "OSP", change the prerequisite to "Not: any Sabahattin Effendi". (The OSP takes over if a centralist government loses the Desert War, and Sabahattin's paths are the only ones that make it turn decentralist at any point)

Turkish Foreign Policy - For "Belgrade Pact", change the prerequisite to "Greece isn't in the Belgrade Pact" (The current prerequisite refers to a game rule that no longer exists)

Fengtian - For "The Necessary Evil", add "The Conference Fails" as a prerequisite. (Fengtian can only become MarLib if pursuing unification by force)
