Pacific States of America - end of second american civil war event not firing #22718

Quick questions OS: Windows HOI4 version: 1.12.13 (Operation Alpha) Kaiserreich version: IDK man, most recent as of June, 19, 2023 List any other mods used: total Morbilization mod and all of the standard (offical, I just clicked Subscribe all on Steam for the group) add on mods for models and such Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? Np Which expansions do you NOT have? None got them all Save file

Path locations may vary due to installation/hardware but for Windows users they can be found through your documents folder: C:\Users\USER\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\save games

NOTE: due to how github handles files, saves will need to be uploaded as a zipped folder. This can be done by right-clicking and selecting the Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder option and it will create a new folder that can be uploaded to github

Logs (At least game and error log)

NOTE: The log files are overwritten every time HOI4 is launched, so make sure to grab the log files before restarting the game. The save file is not in my files. I am not a tech person and it is 1am. I will describe everything below. Explanation of the issue: Standard Pacific Sates of America run. Defeat Feds and take some of the midwest and lose some that is already occupied to the syndicalists (dont think its important but putting it here anyway). Truce with America First to defeat the syndicalists, keep it for a while and during this time have canada and the entente declare war on the syndicalsits and they take some territory while we fight them (mostly just states in the New England area) betray America First and fight them and the syndicalists. American first surrenders first, and they are split between myself and the syndicalsits in the peace confrence. the syndicalists capitualte right after i get most of the territory but canada tries to demand some land, I challange them on all of it before i run out of war score. I gave up thinking they would just get vermont (I got every other state). But when i left the peace confrence no event signifyfing the end of the war occurred. Consequently I cannot take the focuses "Last Bastion of American Democracy" and "Back in Business". And in the requirements for the focus their is the red "x" next to the requirement that the second civil war be over (i did not take any ceasefires/white peaces except for the one I already mentioned". the other americas do not exist, I control all the territory and am at peace but cannot trigger the end of the was and do the fun parts of the focus tree.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Just do what i did above and make sure the entente joins the war against the syndicalists and have them capitualate last

Possible cause: Kinda like with the china/japan white peace in vanilla hoi4 if china pushes japan off the continent i think the event gets buggy if other countries/factions are involved in the war. I think somehow the involvement of the entente caused the event to not fire because they were in the peace confrence.

The issue will be fixed in next update. Use the console command "event amcivwar.2400" to unlock the tree.
